M&A Operations Analyst

We have an excellent entry-level/junior opportunity to join a leading M&A Insurance Broker. You will help support the company in its next phase of growth.

You will have exposure to every facet of running a successful regulated financial services firm, including accounting, broking, compliance, legal, IT and data management.

Enter and maintain integrity of all data within our data capturing system.
Maintain and monitor the corporate file structure on the corporate server.
Prepare analytical data using spreadsheets – utilizing both pivot tables and v-lookups.
Ensure compliance with UK and international financial sanctions.

Minimum 2:1 degree in Business, Economics or Law (preferred).
Fluent in English. Additional European language capabilities would be favourable.

Inquisitive – challenges rationale and gets to the root cause of issues rather than reacting to symptoms or accepting precedent.

Demonstrates pride in delivering high quality output, and able to maintain this whilst under pressure.
