    • Responsible recruitment, employee relations, development, performance management, compliance and health and safety.
    • General administration.
    Duties and responsibilities
    • Disciplinaries and grievances.
    • Redundancies and settlement agreements.
    • Succession planning and talent management.
    • Training
    • Recruitment
    • Onboarding and induction for new starters.
    • Liaising with payroll and the finance team.
    • Hiring apprentices and point of contact for the apprenticeship provider.
    • Maintaining company handbook and ensuring HR policies in line with current legislation.
    • Reviewing and reporting accidents, risk assessments.
    • Providing HR advice to managers.
    • Monitoring and reporting on sickness absence and lateness.
    • Liaising with the occupational health provider.
    Minimum Qualifications and Experience
    • 5 years as a HR manager in a manufacturing company
    • Level 5 CIPD
