    The group who are one of the largest of their kind in the UK, turnover north of £700 million across 20 manufacturing plants and over the last few years have been acquisitional within their approach, buying companies within a similar market to diversify their product range.

    Our client's site in Staffordshire is the groups most recent acquisition and accounts for an impressive £120million of the annual turnover.

    The business is rich in heritage with over 100 years producing high quality products across 5 manufacturing plants in the UK.They are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer of a mechanical bias to join their team.

    About the roleAs a maintenance engineer you will work within a large team to ensure the safe and effective maintenance of all plant machinery.

    PPMReacting to breakdowns & remedial repair workMechanical strip and rebuild.
    Welding, fabrication and machining.

    Mechanical Fault findingAbout youTo be considered for a Maintenance Engineer position with the business, due to the nature of the work you should be mechanical biased and have experience from any industry.

    Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer within a factory environment.
    • Experience working within manufacturing would be beneficial.
    • Our client will also consider candidates if you are recently qualified and have just finished your apprenticeship.
