We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in customer service or who is interested in gaining experience in this field.

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.


Responsibilities:


  • Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, either in person or over the phone
  • Answering customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and uptodate information about our products and services
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
  • Assisting with other tasks as required

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work fulltime and/or during the summer period

Salary:
£22,627.00-£23,529.00 per year
