    Membership Administrator, Full-time

    Hybrid, 3 days p/w from Central London office

    Salary: £28, Temporary contract

    Our client is seeking a Membership Administrator on a temporary basis to cover the administrative tasks for their membership funtion. This will be working for a not-for-profit membership association, who offer specialist diplomas to students around the world.

    In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and managing global membership services. You will be the primary point of contact for membership inquiries and responsible for the end-to-end membership renewal process.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to individuals seeking membership information
    • Reviewing and enhancing membership packages, including pricing and benefits
    • Managing the annual membership renewal process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of renewals
    • Collaborating with the financial controller to develop and manage the membership budget and generate comprehensive reports
    • Processing membership applications, payments, and subscriptions accurately and in a timely manner
    • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with membership data, running queries and creating reports
