Description

**Lady with Motor Neurone Disease living on outskirts of Morpeth requires a home care worker to support with approx 3hrs a week.

There is flexibility with the time and day of call

Experience preferred but not essential.

Hours of work: 3hrs per week

Rates of Pay:
£13.09 per hour

Main Duties:

Support required around any personal care needs including toileting using a hoist and support for bathing and hair washing. Support for any laundry tasks.

Support also required around any meal and drink preparation.
Lady is a full time powered wheelchair user.

Personal specification:

Patient and calm
Honest, reliable, and caring nature.
Punctual and trustworthy Respect confidentiality

Training:

Where it is required, such as in Health and Safety matters, practical training and guidance will be arranged and the care worker will be expected to attend.
