- Manage tech transfer and validation activities supporting ATMP manufacturing
- Establish partnerships internally with cross-functional teams (QC, QA, Supply Chain)
- Represent the business to external stakeholders as the MSAT technical expert
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure the early pipeline is compatible with GMP manufacturing
- Masters or PhD education (Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar)
- Previous experience in process development and tech transfers of biologics (ATMPs preferred)
- Prior pharmaceutical GMP experience
