Our client is a dynamic and highly experienced team and work with a range of clients, including major developers, councils, architects, mechanical & electrical consultants, and independent contractors, delivering new and existing building energy and sustainability consultancy.
We are looking for a highly experienced Sustainability & Energy Consultant who works in partnership with our client, who is an independent sustainability consultancy.
They focus on high quality construction and surveying consultancy for a wide range of customers across all types of property.
To support the team in delivering SAP and Overheating calculations.To assist in providing energy and sustainability consultancy and energy strategy reports.
To assist in the growth of team and services it provides.
Undertaking energy assessments/modelling & EPCs for new and existing buildings.
Undertaking TM59 overheating assessments for new build projects
Preparing energy strategy and decarbonisation reports.
Providing advice on reducing energy, CO2 emissions and construction costs.
Attendance at meetings to contribute to the building design process.
New Build Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA), (Minimum 1 years' experience).
Good understanding and knowledge of construction, sustainability and building regulations.
Clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA)
Report writing Opportunities:
To expand knowledge and assessment skills from structured training programme.
To become experts in field of work.
Potential to cross work with other professionals including the Surveying/M&E/Architectural teams.
Expansion into other sustainability assessment areas.
