Care Connection are currently looking to recruit a full-time Night Care Assistant to work within our clients small (18 bed), friendly Residential Home in Wickham.

We need a team member like you to deliver high quality care to their residents and bring a smile to their faces every day.

This is your opportunity to shine and really make a difference to the lives of others. This role will require you to have a car due to no public transport links. Please only apply if you have your own transportation.

Duties to include but not limited too:
Personal Care.
Ensuring a positive environment for all residents.
Assisting residents in washing and dressing.
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
Support clients in maintaining a clean and organised living environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Document and report any changes in clients' condition or behaviour to the appropriate supervisor.
Cleaning around the home.
Laundry. Shift times Salary £12.50 per hour for applicants with no NVQs. Salary £13.24 per hour for applicants with NVQS 2 and 3.
