We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our client.

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, translating company objectives into actionable requirements for Business Change and IT projects/initiatives.

The ideal candidate will ensure the application of industry best practices, tools, and standards to maintain the quality and consistency of project deliverables.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the business to deeply understand and optimise our processes, systems, and practices using industry best practices.
Lead workshops to gather both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring these are accurately translated into technical specifications.
Map end-to-end business processes to identify and implement opportunities for increased efficiency and automation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases to demonstrate the return on investment of initiatives undertaken.
Manage the design, testing, and adoption phases of projects to ensure seamless integration and user satisfaction.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, addressing concerns and mitigating risks promptly.
Required SkillsStrong experience in business process design and facilitation.
Proficient in Business Process Modelling and familiar with various business analysis tools and methodologies.
Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, translate business requirements into technical terms, prioritise processes, and design improvement workshops.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A curious and tenacious approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Experience with data protection practices and a commitment to maintaining team environments where personal data is secure.
Desirable SkillsExperience with Oracle and Salesforce platforms.
