Corporate/Commercial role – London firm - Jameson Legal

Description

This is an exciting new role at a small/medium-sized London practice working alongside heavyweight partners with big firm experience and established client books.

The focus of the role will be corporate/M&A matters, however there will also be good, high-value commercial law work.
We will consider corporate lawyers with some previous experience in commercial work or vice-versa.

You should have relevant experience in a City or West End firm or top-tier national firm, and ideally between three and seven years' PQE.

This role offers some clear point of difference to larger law firms in the City, which can be discussed further.

You will be given good responsibility and excellent opportunities for progression.
