    Role Summary

    The Inside Sales Representative's main responsibility is to support the Sales Team to serve our customers.This customer facing role will support customer, third party representative, distributor and prospect requests in a timely fashion while keeping the Sales team informed. You will create value through product knowledge, process adherence and high level CRM system use to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth experience when working with Watson-Marlow. You will join a dynamic team and play an important internal role interfacing with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    To be successful in this role, youwill need:

    · Genuine compassion and commitment to provide excellence in every customer interaction

    · Experience in Inside Sales support or a customer service role.

    · A proactive mindset, taking ownership and accountability of queries to successful resolution.

    · Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism.

    · Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to communicate with internal and external contacts.

    · Strong time management skills.

    · Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

    · Experienced CRM and ERP user, preferably Microsoft AX/Dynamics.
