Description

The PSO project Support Officer is responsible for the following Responsible for supporting projects using the gateway operating model undertaking project tasks as requested by Design leads of Head of Practice.

This will include the development of project documentation and reporting and monitoring risks and key milestones across the whole gateway process.

The PSO within the transformation hub will provide greater support and focus to the Implementation gates 0, 1 and 2 with a specific focus on either design or project development Ensuring the design / development knowledge library is established maintained and up to date and that reports, and wider programme documentation is high quality and widely accessible to key stakeholders The PSO will develop and maintain the portfolio governance plan for the delivery of each assignment and in partnership with the PMO track the impacts of each initiative to feedback into improved processes.
