    As an Credit Operations Energy Specialist youll be part of our customer operations and have the most important job

    Youll be empowered to look after all our customers, dealing with everything from billing to meter exchanges - making our customers happy in every interaction.

    Youll engage with industry stakeholders and customers alike over the phone and via email. Dont worry if you dont know a lot about energy

    we provide full training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to create an amazing customer experience.

    Good English skills both written and verbal
    Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment

    Working environment:
    Flexible hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in Trinity House for Notts based or Granite House for Leicester.

    Interviews followed by the induction will be held at our Nottingham Hub, after training is completed the successful Leicester candidates will be based at our Leicester Hub - Granite House, Syston.

    Due to the nature of this role your employment will be subject to a basicDBS(Disclosure Barring Service) check being carried out by ourselves via a 3rd party service provider
    Applicants should be available without any annual leave for the first 8 weeks.
