Salary £14,000 to £16,000 per annum DOE

Main Responsibilities

Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handling all queries in a timely manner and efficiently
Answering and diverting calls to the appropriate departments/sites using internal telephone systems
Accurate maintenance of resident and service user records on internal CRM system
Assist with growth and development of the internal CRM system
Provide administrative support to Head Office departments e.g., Accounts, HR, Operations
Adhere to GDPR and confidentiality throughout your work

What We Are Looking For

Some experience using Microsoft Office Packages (although training will be provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and ability to empathise with others
Well organised and able to multitask
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
