- Salary £14,000 to £16,000 per annum DOE

Main Responsibilities
- Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handling all queries in a timely manner and efficiently
- Answering and diverting calls to the appropriate departments/sites using internal telephone systems
- Accurate maintenance of resident and service user records on internal CRM system
- Assist with growth and development of the internal CRM system
- Provide administrative support to Head Office departments e.g., Accounts, HR, Operations
- Adhere to GDPR and confidentiality throughout your work
What We Are Looking For
- Some experience using Microsoft Office Packages (although training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and ability to empathise with others
- Well organised and able to multitask
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
