Agile Personnel specialise in temporary industrial recruitment. Our primary area of focus is in and around the West Midlands area.

After steady growth, we are now recruiting for a Specialist Fulfilment Team Member to join our office team in Kidderminster.

Experience in a public-facing role (pubs, hospitality, retail etc) and confidence in making phone calls is essential.

You will report to the Senior Account Manager (Midlands).


Key Duties of the role:

  • Possesses strong communication skills and is confident making phone calls as this is a
heavily telephone-based role.

  • Is enthusiastic and ready to learn selfmotivated and proactive
  • Is target driven
  • Has an outgoing and positive attitude is essential
  • Must be able to commute on time: punctuality is key
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 11am until 3pm, however towards working hours is essential.
