Description

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate financial records, including recording all transactions in the accounting system
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other compliance requirements

Requirements:


  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • An excellent knowledge of Xero is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years experience in similar role preferred

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£15.00-£17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Xero: 2 years (required)
- bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
