Apprenticeship

As part of this opportunity you will also complete an apprenticeship in partnership with HIT one of the leading specialists in apprenticeship delivery. _
Upon completion you will be awarded the_ _Level 3 Events Assistant apprenticeship standard._

About The Role

What you'll be doing
- _Support in the logístical organisation of events and activations. Primarily the organisation of Tier 1 Ambassador Content Shoots & Cross-activations. _
- _Working effectively across function with teams such as Paid & Organic Social, Content, Influencers etc._
- _Complete work set within agreed timelines as part of a full event critical path._
- _Reaching out to potential suppliers, freelancers and venues to make initial contact and secure quotes._
- _Support in the post-event reporting of successes against pre-agreed KPIs and objectives._
- _Assist in the creation of event concepts and proposals that deliver on pre-agreed brand objectives _
- _Manage multiple bookings and stakeholders' travel arrangements liaising with THG's internal travel team._

- _£22,208 starting salary per annum _

Apprentice Entry Requirements
- _GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 4+ (C or above) _
- _Right to work in the UK with proof of residency for the last 3 years._
