    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Postgraduate Team at Russells Hall Hospital as a Postgraduate Coordinator. The post holder's primary responsibilities will be the administration, organisation and main point of contact for the Foundation Doctor Training Programme. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills with an ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff within the Trust.

    Main duties of the job

    This role will provide comprehensive administration support for our Postgraduate training programmes and will be the main point of contact for all Foundation Doctors in the Trust.

    Qualifications & Education

    Essential criteria

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Knowledge and Training

  • High level of organisation
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and IT and a willingness to embrace changes to digital technology
  • Desirable criteria

  • Knowledge of postgraduate medical education administration processes, policies and procedures

  • Good level of experience in administration

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Experience of working in an educational environment
