Key responsibilities Helping prepare and review information memorandumsHelping prepare and pitch presentationsWorking on M&A mandates from inception to completionQualificationPreferable ACA/CFA qualified and/or relevant work experienceStrong Financial Modelling skills e.g.
LBO, DCFCompetent using Excel and PowerPointThis is an opportunity to become part of a well-established firm that is looking to expand.
