Key responsibilities include:
Managing a team of Co-ordinators for Maintenance & InstallationSupervising the Works ScheduleSupporting the Maintenance Co-ordinator in closing daily completed tasksLeading Monthly Team MeetingsReporting weekly progress to Senior ManagementSupervising all aspects of the business, including Sales, Design, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Engineers

Requirements:
Previous management experience in the Fire & Security sectorStrong knowledge of the Fire & Security Industry (Fire, CCTV, Access Control, etc.)

Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a teamExperience working to BAFE standardsPeople management skillsCCTV/Security experience is beneficial but not mandatoryFull UK Driving LicenceBenefits:
