Unqualified Primary Teaching Assistant

Axcis are recruiting for a full-time teaching assistant to help support in a SEN Primary School in the Birmingham Area.

Successful Applicants must be very passionate for wanting to make a difference to children's education. Successful candidate will be providing 1:1 support for a year 3 pupil who has Autism , ADHD & Challenging Behaviour


Responsibilities:

• Provide an engaging learning environment
• 1:1 or small group support

Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress

• Assist in creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment, adapting resources as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Special needs in a educational setting
• Enhanced DBS on the update system or willing to pay £45.2
• Minimum of 2 references
