Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team on a 12-month project in Salisbury.

Our client is a leading construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that enhance connectivity and improve transportation infrastructure.

With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and excellence, they are proud to be leading the construction of a new civils scheme in Salisbury.

As the Civils Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities related to groundworks, civils, and road works for the new link road project.

Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets the required standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.

Proven experience as a Civils Foreman on construction projects, with specific experience in groundworks, civils, and road works.

• Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications.

The project site is located in Salisbury offering easy access to local amenities and excellent transport links.
