We are working with an innovative company in Ellesmere Port, who are looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be an integral part of the business, helping to deliver high quality systemupdates and enhancements.

You will be provided with full training in the role, to enable you to be an expert in your role.

YOUR ROLE AS A JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Troubleshooting client and internal issues and communicating resolutions in a clear manner
Escalating any issues to the appropriate teams with complete information to ensure a swift resolution
Assisting with regression and release testing, as well as creating and delivering release notes
Working proactively monitoring health and useage to flag issues

NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A willingness to learn, taking on extensive training to enable you to be an expert in the role
Highly organised, with the ability to manage time effectively whilst maintaining quality
Be committed, enthusiastic and supportive
Deliver a professional and efficient service to customers
