The Network Engineer assumes a crucial role within the team, actively collaborating stable and secure foundation for both our inward and outward facing networks.
To excel in this position, the Network Engineer will possess demonstrable experience and the requisite proficiency in systems, networks, and overall security.
Identifying, monitoring, resolving and where possible, avoiding future trends to the overall network - improving BAU processes and procedures.Own and mitigate the entire network, promoting an automate tool document culture whilst creating and fulfilling DR plans.
A dedicated Network Engineer with a profound passion, extensive experience, and an ambitious drive? The Network Engineer role necessitates the following skills:
Demonstrated expertise Networking, monitoring, logging, alerting systems.
Extensive knowledge and working experience with firewalls, switching and OSI layer protocols.
Knowledge of configurations and implementation of LAN/WAN infrastructure, physical and virtual.
Solid expertise with network design, resilience and industry best practices.
A background in MSP or Datacentre environments is highly advantageous.
Working knowledge of ESXi networking services desired.
