  • Join a growing team underwriting, purchasing, and syndicating corporate debt securitisations and significant risk transfer transactions
  • Providing origination and execution support, you'll be making sure we deliver on our business strategy

What you'll do:


As a Funds Financing Associate, you'll be analysing and reviewing potential transactions, including analysing structural risks inherent in products and structures, as well as quantitative analysis, optimisation, back testing, and scenario calculations.


You'll have the opportunity to work on collateralised loan obligations, private debt securitisations, and significant risk transfer transactions for both US and European customers.


You'll also be:

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunities
  • Completing risk analysis of new transactions
  • Supporting the structuring and execution of corporate securitisation transactions, working with clients, client facing teams, Trading, Finance, Legal, and other functions

The skills you'll need:


As finance and structuring are at the heart of this role, we'll look to you to have previous experience in a financial institution, along with experience of securitisation structures.


In addition, you'll bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent team player and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
