Our client who pride themselves as a property sales specialist based in North Leeds are currently seeking a

Property Sales Administrator to join their business in an exciting time of growth. You will be a highly motivated, proactive and an enthusiastic individual who possess an eagerness to continue your career in the property industry.


As the successful Property Sales Administrator your duties will include:

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks related to property sales and purchases
  • Liaising with customers in order to progress property transactions
  • Arranging surveys, photographs and contracts with customers in relation to the sales of their property
  • Updating internals systems with the status of properties
  • Schedule viewing appointments

What we are looking for:


  • Experience of working within the property industry
  • An interest in developing a career
  • Confident ability in various forms of administration
  • A strong communicator both written and verbal
  • Able to use MS Office packages
To be successful as the

Property Sales Administrator you will be organised and well-presented. In return you will receive a salary between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum as well as the opportunity to join a fresh and growing business who pride themselves in going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
