As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our hotel and restaurant operations. We're seeking someone passionate about baking, eager to learn, and committed to excellence. Work alongside Scotland's top pastry chefs and be part of something extraordinary.

• Support management in coaching and training junior team members
• Handle food orders and maintain HACCP guidelines
• Monitor food quality and uphold safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment effectively
• Communicate effectively with the team and Chef during busy periods
• Report maintenance issues promptly
