Brief Description:


To support the provision and maintenance of Safety Systems, Audit Procedures and cost effective service contract arrangements in accordance with company procedures.


About the role (External):


  • Administer externally contracted services
  • Co-Ordinate and process audit documentation as necessary
  • Progress property/hazard defect reports to a conclusion
  • Provide administration support to meetings
  • Assist with the arrangement of supplies and equipment for operational personnel as required.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential

  • Administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise time
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Ability to multi task.
Desirable

  • Knowledge of supply chain procedures
  • Knowledge of audit requirements
  • Knowledge of key operational needs and interfaces

Salary £21,000 - £23920
