    Introduction

    Greenpark is recruiting a bespoke team of specialist Strategic, Creative and Client Service talents for a dynamic and exciting project with one of our industry-leading clients in the food service space. The team will work collaboratively with the London Greenpark office and both local and global client teams.

    This team will partner with cross-functional client teams, acting as the brand custodians as well as key strategic and creative partners to deliver insightful, impactful and influential work for the client business.

    This dynamic team and project will be well positioned to influence the overall marketing and communication outputs across the client business, collaborating with leadership and executional teams at all stages of key projects, establishing a centre of strategic and creative excellence in the food service space.

  • Requirements

  • At least 4 years' experience writing across a wider range of formats including website copy, articles, social media posts, newsletters, Google ads and paid social posts.
  • Experience in supporting the planning, creation, scheduling, and reporting of copywriting production
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and brand storytelling skills – adept at scoping and producing pristine and sparkling copy for all formats and channels (organic and paid).
  • A proven track record copywriting across the food and drink industry, with the ability to turn their hand to any topic.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and editorial copywriting best practices in varying forms - and can apply them to all content projects and SEO copy.
  • Understanding of content strategies and the ability to confidently explain the successful impact of a content strategy.
  • The confidence and experience to recommend fresh approaches based on trends and awareness of the digital/cultural landscape. And to experience to suggest new and exciting copywriting ideas to inspire our clients and their audiences.
  • Understanding of the principles and power of brand storytelling and purpose-led content.
  • Consistent delivery of the highest quality copy, based on performance analytics and creative briefs to the client each month.
  • Responsibilities

  • Producing consistently excellent copy that excites and inspires our clients and their audiences.
  • Working closely with the SEO team on delivering highly optimised content to brief.
  • Ideating new content ideas and ways of working in multiple formats – from social captions to newsletters and long-form articles.
  • Reviewing and maintaining processes of content creation on a regular, ongoing basis.
  • Working closely with Creative teams on creative copy for impactful visual assets.
  • Attending client meetings as required to input from a content perspective.
  • Setting and monitoring editorial TOV and project guidelines, where required.
  • Working closely with the Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Delivery, Tech and SEO teams – and all areas of the business - on collaboration on projects and suggestions for improvements to ways of working in copy production.
  • Active participation in ideation sessions for content creation and editorial.
  • Interviewing junior copywriting resources for our content teams.
  • Mentoring junior copywriters and providing robust feedback and training as required.
  • Reporting and Communication Structure

  • This role reports to the Head of Content, EMEA.
  • Performance Review and Personal Development

    By the Head of Content on the basis of:

  • Overall quality and performance of copywriting output
  • Copywriting outputs and deadlines being met each month;
  • Client relationship and satisfaction with copywriting quality and performance;
  • Peer feedback as collated by line manager;
  • Execution of editorial and copywriting best practice as outlined by a TOV and guidelines;
  • Relationships with other operating companies/departments;
  • Interpersonal/communication skills;
  • Being a team player;
  • Demonstrating the core values of Green Park Content
  • This role is initially for a 6 month FTC, with a view to permanent.

    As the Client HQ is in Rotterdam in the Netherlands, candidates should be willing to travel to the Client office around once a month.
