    You will have 4 Brands under this company to care for, and you will be the go-to leader, removing any impediments that will stop your tribes from thriving You'll be responsible for:Spearheading the development and implementation of transformative HR strategies across all pillars: Partnering & Brand ExperienceTalent & Triber ExperienceAutomation & CompliancePerformance & AnalyticsCost EfficiencyFostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR department.

    Partnering with business leaders to ensure HR initiatives align seamlessly with overall organizational goals.
    Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a thriving environment for all.
