    Join our team in Northampton as a Driver Apprentice. You will gain both a Class 1 and Class 2 license alongside your driver CPC. You will also learn valuable life skills to help you with your future career within Transport and Logistics.

    Whilst starting up as a driver, you will be paired up with a more experienced team member who will help you develop a further understanding of the job responsibilities and expectations.

    Whilst working towards completing your Class 1 and 2 license's, you will become a crucial part of the sites healthcare multiuser customer contract.

    You can expect to complete customer deliveries and ensure goods are delivered to the correct locations with accurate completion of associated paperwork.

    You will complete these tasks whilst working through the apprenticeship, at around the 12-month mark, your apprenticeship will be completed and you will be eligible to apply for our permanent full-time positions, which also means an increase in salary.

    Your shift is expected to start at roughly 05:00 and will be roughly 10 hours long. Once onboarded as a Class 1 Driver, you can expect to make on average 10 drops per shift.

    The contract is with our high-profile customer contract and therefore the drops will cover a wide range of locations across London and Midlands.

    The apprenticeship will start at £25,072.32 however this will increase to £28,000 when you have received your Class 2 license and to a further £31,231.20 when you complete your apprenticeship.

    In order to qualify for apprenticeship funding, applicants must have resided in the UK for more than 3 consecutive years.

    Flexibility when it comes to shift work
    Grades C/4 or above in Math's and English is desirable but not essential . If you do not current have the required grades, you'll work towards acquiring these as part of your apprenticeship.
