This excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Servicing Administrator to work for an appointed representative and Senior Partner Practice of St.

James's Place who specialises in mortgage advice as well as other aspects of wealth management including investments, protection and retirement planning.

You will provide dedicated support to the Advisers and the Client Servicing Manager, ensuring all clients receive the right level of ongoing service.

You will help understand the client's needs and expectations and meeting those needs in a proactive manner.


As our Client Servicing Administrator you will play a key role in contributing to and enhancing the overall client experience.


Key duties and responsibilities:
Client Servicing Administrator


  • Carry out review calls for all advisers as and when required, as instructed by the Client Servicing Manager
  • Understand and maintain processes for ensuring that 95% of clients are seen for reviews every year
  • Process all Client Servicing Preferences Forms and record on Salesforce CRM
  • Register clients for the Online Wealth Account access and monitor the progress
  • Send Birthday and Christmas Cards to the clients and assist with online purchases of presents, where applicable
  • Carry out the welcome process for all clients; sending letters and being a point of contact for any queries
  • Maintain and cleanse the CRM system (Salesforce) in an orderly and comprehensive manner
  • Attend and contribute to the Operations Team meetings
  • Work towards a paperless office

Client Servicing Administrator**- Hard‐working and committed to the role and the organisation, providing quality client service and support

  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), ideally you will have used the Salesforce CRM system
  • Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively, with the ability to multitask
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times
  • Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads
  • Proactive and flexible in their approach to work and willing to go the extra mile
