Finance Manager

Location:
Rochdale

Salary:
£35,000- £40,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Finance Manager to join an established yet growing SME based in Rochdale.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on and supporting a small team, where you will have autonomy in the role and play a key part in the business's future growth.

Reporting to the Director, duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

CIS submissions
Submitting VAT returns
Manage cashflow
Responsible for banking
Manage final stage supplier payments
Complete and submit to HMRC & tax payments
Process payroll information for the accountants and process pension payments
Year end WIP
Deliver reports and metrics
Cost/ sales analysis and job costing analysis
Responsible for the aged debt summery
Support the Finance/ Administration team
Work collaboratively with the director, and make a proactive contribution delivering company objectives

Key skills and attributes:

Experience using Sage 50 and strong excel skills are essential
Be confident, proactive and hands on
An analytical mindset
Must be professional, reliable, trustworthy to handle confidential information
