Have you got the drive and determination to become the voice of Timberwise, committed to giving our customers a first class service at all times? If so, come and join our Customer Service Team This position is not a call centre role. You will be based at our small, local Head Offices in Northwich, Cheshire.


Timberwise is a leading and successful property preservation company, inspecting and providing cost effective damp and timber remediation to all types of property nationwide.

As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include:

  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Handling of customer calls
  • Responding to internet queries
  • Management of surveyors diaries
  • Typing reports
  • Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
  • Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
As a Customer Service Team Member you will be:

  • Proactive, confident and positive

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • IT and Office Software Literate
Hours of work are 35 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
working flexibly between 8.00am and 6.00pm depending on business needs.
