    IT & Systems Development Manager – Huddersfield.

    With a distribution network across Europe and central operations in the UK and Sweden this company continue to grow both their customer base and their own brand range of speciality adhesives, sealants and chemicals.

    The company is expanding their UK function and replication their IT function from mainland Europe in the UK.

    We therefore have a totally new to the market vacancy in which you will be able to define the role and take a huge amount of control of this companies UK based Infrastructure and Database systems.

    The role will be looking after the infrastructure and database estate and as such the below skills will be required:

    Implementation and use of Microsoft Exchange Server

    • Implementation and use of Microsoft SQL Server
    • Able to write scripts for SQL management and reporting
    • Management and deployment of Reporting Services
    • Management and deployment of SharePoint
    • User account setup and management, Network and email.
    • Network management and development, LAN and Wi-Fi
    • Hardware selection, use, maintenance, replacement and installation
    • Software selection and management
    • Anti-virus implementation, management and use
    • User support, local and international (remote)
    • Training of users
    • Development of IT systems to support the business
