    Aftersales Manager – Bournemouth BMW MINI Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, 45 hours per week

    An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Manager responsible for our BMW & MINI Aftersales facility in Bournemouth.

    The facility is remote to our Sales Showrooms and you will assume overall responsibility for the building and the Team within it.

    Due to the experience and dedication of our Technicians, they have been acknowledged by the brands we represent as being one the most highly skilled and technically aware Teams within the network.

    To support you in your personal development and growth, you will have full access to Marshall Training and also BMW & MINI UK Training via their online platform and physical facility at their esteemed Academy.

    This will help you build on your current skillset and further your career through our training and development and succession plan.

    As an Aftersales Manager, you will have overall accountability for people and financial performance for your assigned dealership. Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
    Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
    Oversee the service, parts, managing stock control and assets
    Set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
    Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements
