Your Role

As an accomplished, forward-thinking Restaurant Manager, you are ready to take the lead in a fast-paced F&B front of house team, overseeing The Clunie Dining Room, Elsas Cocktail Bar and The Drawing Room.

You are a leader with strong organisational skills and you are passionate about training and mentoring your team.

Your experience allows you to work closely with your team, exceeding the expectation of our guest experience in every aspect of their stay so that they leave us feeling enriched and engaged in our ethos.

Youll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow.

Our successful Restaurant Manager will have: Proven experience from within a similar 5-star hospitality and resort environment.
The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Initiative, resilience, and strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience of training, coaching and mentoring others.
The ability to work under pressure.
A passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
