My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Sales Director to join their team in their office based in Stanmore.

Responsibilities for this Sales Director role will include:

  • Managing a large sales team
  • Coaching and developing your team
  • Driving income and profitability
  • Liaising with the Directors to help manage the business
  • Being a leader of the business

Skills & Experience for this Sales Director role:

  • Minimum 5 years estate agent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry
  • Local area knowledge
  • Area management/large office experience preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
