HR Manager65, ,000Sutton ColdfieldA manufacturing business with a well-respected reputation is seeking a HR Manager to provide a comprehensive generalist service to an employee based of c300 colleagues.
Based on site 5 days a week (please note there is NO option to work from home/hybrid working arrangements) the HR Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders throughout the business – based both in the UK and Europe – in order to deliver a commercially astute HR offering.
Overseeing a team of HR professionals – including a Payroll Manager - the HR Manager will form part of the UK Leadership Team and will act as a Business Partner to other individuals of this cohort.
As such you will have the confidence to influence, engage and challenge staff (operating at all levels of the business).
