An exciting opportunity has arisen in Active Recovery CICS (Community Intermediate Care Service) as one of four new Operational Shift Coordinator positions.

You will oversee the operational delivery of a range of planning and administrative functions and coordinate the staff on duty.

Active Recovery CICS (Community Intermediate Care Service) provides care and clinical support to patients at home, to avoid hospital admission or facilitate early discharge from hospital.

Active Recovery CICS is a multi-disciplinary team providing short-term intensive rehabilitation/ reablement following a holistic assessment by generic assessors. Active Recovery CICS is a city-wide service providing rehabilitation to adult patients within their own homes.

Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of the full Microsoft Office package in order to be successful.

You will be expected to cover shifts on a Rota basis from 6am to 10pm, 365 days a year including weekends and Bank Holidays.
