Medical Notes Summariser


Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Medical Notes Summariser on a full-time, temporary basis, located in the County of Conwy.


  • With an immediate start available, this role requires an individual who is experienced and familiar with Medical and Clinical terminology. The successful applicant will be working in a fastpaced office environment, reviewing and summarising patient notes.

Hourly pay:

£12.45
The Role:


  • Reviewing and summarising patient notes
  • Ensuring important information is communicated effectively in summaries
  • Sorting through patient records and medical history
  • Coding clinical information onto computer systems
  • Experience with Medical and Clinical terminology
  • Background in a similar role such as Summariser or District Nurse
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
