- Write PLC software from first principles, with at least 3+ years of experience in this area.
- Write safety software and validate it against a safety matrix.
- Utilise STL and/or IL coding for control system development.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Conduct basic electrical fault finding using a multimeter.
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools effectively for documentation and communication purposes.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the English language, both spoken and written, as most customers are based in the UK.
- Occasionally work weekends and stay overnight away from home as required.
- Proficiency in VFD drive configuration and setup.
- Strong knowledge of STL and/or IL coding.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Competence in carrying out basic electrical fault finding using a multimeter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
