4on 4off, 2 days 2 nightsContract: Temporary with potential to permAbout the Role:Join our client in Wrexham as an Extrusion Machine Operative and play a crucial role in our production process.

You'll operate machinery across different factory sections, ensuring top-notch product quality and adherence to production schedules.


Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery (extruders, granulators, pallet wrapping machines) following SOPs.
Conduct quality checks and documentation to meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment.


Requirements:
Experience in high-volume manufacturing preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to support across different factory areas.
