    I'm hiring Change Management Consultants with a few years of experience leading people through change in Health Supply Systems at Big Pharma companies.

    My Clientis a leading Pharmaceutical organization dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes worldwide.

    They are implementing a New Health Supply Chain System with a PMD platform, therefore they are seeking dynamic Change Management Consultants to lead this transformative journey.

    Starting:
    Immediately

    Full-time Outside IR35 Contract: initially 6 months with extensions

    Pay:
    please provide your daily rate Outside IR35 based on recent contracts

    There is no visa sponsorship and no relocation.

    Candidates need to have the right to work in the UK and to be able to work daily on-site at my Client's office in Greater London.

    Lead and execute all Change Management activities for implementing Signant Health's smart supplies system and PMD platform.


    • Develop and implement Change Management strategies to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the new systems.
    • Provide ongoing communication and training to ensure the impacted audience is well-prepared for the transition.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
