Description
Tax & Treasury Recruitment have been exclusively mandated by one of our FTSE250 clients to recruit a Senior Tax Manager.
This role can almost be fully remote, with roughly one office visit a week - some weeks this could be less, others more depending on the volume of work.
Due to the level of responsibility, this role offers you a clear pathway to Head of Tax.
You will have overall responsibility for corporate tax compliance across the group, while also reviewing tax figures and disclosures for inclusion into Group consolidated and statutory accounts.
You will be a key part of the implementation and maintenance of robust tax controls, you'll serve as a key contact for HMRC enquiries, and be responsible for the management of VAT returns. You'll also provide decision support and advice to internal stakeholders, and some hands-on treasury experience is necessary to lead this team.
About you...
This role will require CTA, experience in UK Corporate Tax (Gained in a large corporate environment), and some experience with US taxes.
What you can expect
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of circa £90,000 to £100,000, matched pension scheme, 25 days' holiday (which increases over time), and private healthcare.
