The ability to develop strong relationships with schools, colleagues and other safeguarding partners is also a must for this role.

Are you driven and ambitious, both for yourself and the children and families you will work with? Do you have the confidence to work independently? If so, we want to hear from you

At Middlesbrough we live our values and are looking for people who share our vision of children and relationships at the centre of everything we do and offering the right service at the right time.

We show Middlesbrough Children they really Matter, and we aim to achieve the best outcomes for them. We want to support you to be excellent in your role and we will do this by providing a vast range of training and professional opportunities, overseen by our Centre for Practice Excellence.

To give you the best start in your new role with us, you will have a 4-week induction giving you the time to really get to know us, our processes, systems, and services.
