CNC MACHINIST - PROGRAMMER - MAZAK / MAZATROL

READING AREA

DAYS ROLE
£16.00 TO £22.00 PER HOUR

Alecto Recruitment are now in working partnership will a well-known Precision Engineering company within the Reading area who are looking for an experienced CNC machinist with EXTENSIVE PROGRAMMING knowledge using MAZAK / MAZATROL controls and beneficially CADCAM experience (EdgeCAM).

Must be a confident PROGRAMMER from scratch, technical and engineering drawings. Multi axis machining capabilities is also beneficial, or 3 or 5 axis machining is preferred.

SALARY
£16.00 to £22.00 per hour (Dependent on experience).

DAYS ROLE
Monday - Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm.
Friday 08:00am to 12:30pm.
Overtime available at 1.5 times basic rate.
25 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
MUST be able to PROGRAM from scratch reading technical or engineering drawings.
Have MAZAK / MAZATROL programming controls experience.
CADCAM offline programming software abilities (EdgeCAM).
Multi axis machining capabilities, 3 or 5 axis preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Apprentice trained (academically) or time served of at least 5 years.
PROGRAMMING abilities from scratch.
Set and operate multi axis machines.
CADCAM offline programming experience.
Proficient at reading and interpreting technical / engineering drawings.
