We're seeking a passionate Principle Systems Engineer to join our Integrated Project Team (IPT) and play a pivotal role in bringing next-generation EW/Radar systems to life.

    In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our project's requirements:

    • Craft the blueprint: Develop and refine project requirements, ensuring they align with the overall vision.
    • Master of DOORS: Define and implement the project's Requirements Management and DOORS Implementation plans, wielding your expertise to maintain configuration and ensure seamless operation.
    • Traceability Champion: Manage the flow of requirements from system-level to sub-systems, ensuring every detail is meticulously tracked and verifiable.
    • Evidence Architect: Support and manage the collation of verification evidence, building a robust case for system compliance.
    • Documentation Dynamo: Produce top-notch verification and compliance documentation, making complex concepts clear and concise.


    Beyond the core, you'll also:

    • Collaborate with engineers across disciplines, fostering a collaborative environment of clear communication.
    • Leverage your knowledge of Atlassian tools, Cameo Systems Modeller, or MATLAB to streamline workflows.
    • Draw upon your familiarity with EW, RF, Radar, and potentially electro-optic system design to provide valuable insights.


    To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

    • Solid experience in Requirements Management Planning and Requirements definition/apportionment.
    • Expertise in DOORS, demonstrably working at a Specialist Level.
    • Working knowledge of Atlassian tools, Cameo Systems Modeller, or MATLAB is a plus.
    • Familiarity with EW, RF, and Radar system design and operation is highly desirable, with an added bonus for electro-optic systems knowledge.
    • The ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and translate technical details into clear communication.
    • A proven understanding of systems engineering processes, lifecycle, and procedures.
    • A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in multidisciplinary environments.
    • The ability to collect verification evidence, analyze data, and ensure compliance demonstration is essential.


    Security Clearance: Eligibility for full security clearance is mandatory.
