    Our Property and Facilities Management Service are recruiting for an experienced Manager to take the lead role in the Estates Management Team. Responsible for the Council's Asset Management function, the Estates Team ensure the built estate meets strategic requirements, supports the local economy and generates income.

    As Estates Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to meet service agreements and objectives, and contribute to the review of service standards to ensure the delivery of highly efficient property management. As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, you will ensure the provision of a comprehensive valuation, surveying and land agency service to internal and external clients. With the financial skills to manage income generation, management of operational costs and capital and revenue expenditure.
